ROLLER Wins a Brass Ring at IAAPA Expo 2025
IAAPA Expo is always a special week for our team, and this year brought an extra moment of joy. We’re excited to share that our booth at IAAPA Expo 2025 received a Brass Ring Award for Best Exhibit. The recognition means a lot because it reflects something we care deeply about. Creating warm, helpful, and memorable experiences for the operators who power this industry.
A space designed for connection
When we started planning our booth, our goal was simple. Build a space where people feel welcome. More than 30 of our team members made that come to life, greeting guests, answering questions, and guiding demos throughout the week.
We created areas where attendees could slow down, talk, and explore. The booth included two private meeting rooms, two lounge areas, 11 TVs, and a full sound system. Guests could even order complimentary coffee and snacks using our mobile food and beverage ordering tools so they could experience the product in a natural, low-pressure way.
At the heart of the booth was ROLLER iQ. Many guests had their first chance to try our AI assistant through an interactive display. We also announced a new capability during a live press conference from the booth. ROLLER iQ can now incorporate benchmarking data directly into the platform, giving operators instant comparisons against industry averages so they can understand performance in real time.
“The attractions industry is evolving fast, and intelligence is what will define the next era of growth,” said our CEO and Co-founder, Luke Finn. “Our goal is to support the community through that shift, giving every operator, no matter their size, access to insights that help them reach their full potential.”
A concept brought to life through teamwork
Our booth design began as a hand-drawn sketch and grew through more than ten rounds of refinement. The vision eventually expanded into two booths connected across an aisle, giving us room to create a bright, open destination that reflected our brand and made moving through the space easy. Southeast Exhibits brought the design to life on the show floor.
We also hosted three happy hours throughout the week. These gatherings gave us a chance to celebrate operators, connect with familiar faces, and meet new people building incredible things in the attractions community. Creating space for those conversations is one of our favorite parts of the Expo.
“Planning for IAAPA Expo is a huge lift for our team,” shared Ian Dunckel, our Vice President of Marketing. “We started with a clear concept. Make a welcoming space for current and new customers that highlights innovative solutions. From there, the team designed and built a destination that reflects our service-first culture and our commitment to creating meaningful experiences.”
Why this recognition matters to us
Earning an IAAPA Expo Brass Ring means a lot to us. It celebrates the many hands that worked on every detail and the intention behind each part of the experience. More importantly, it recognizes the energy and care our team brought to serving the community throughout the week.
This year’s IAAPA Expo gave us a chance to celebrate ROLLER iQ, share new capabilities, and have thoughtful conversations about the future of intelligence in the attractions industry. We’re grateful to everyone who stopped by, grabbed a coffee, tested a feature, or simply shared a moment with us!
