How you can access Template Studio?

Template Studio is available right now for all Growth and Enterprise subscribers at no additional cost! No design or coding experience is necessary, so you can tweak your templates directly from the ROLLER platform today, like a pro.

For Starter subscribers, you do get the brand-new templates, but you don’t have the ability to edit… so if you were thinking of upgrading your subscription, this is a no-brainer reason to do so. 

How to get the most out of Template Studio

    • Craft a great subject line
      Write something engaging that will encourage them to open the email, not just when they need it. The email subject should be clear and as straightforward as possible. Tip: try excluding spam words like ‘free’, ‘promotion’ and ‘read’ in the subject line.
    • Say thanks
      The beginning should always include a thank you to the guest for booking in, personalize it to make their visit seem welcoming before they even get there.
    • Payment confirmation
      Including a reference of the successful transaction or details regarding payments will give guests peace of mind that their spot is reserved. If any outstanding amount is due, it’ll also let them know the remaining balance.
    • Act on upselling opportunities
      Upselling is all about convincing a customer to purchase something that would make the primary product more premium. For example, a regular ticket purchase can be upsold to an experience that allows the customer to skip lines and receive preferable treatment.
    • Important information
      Inform guests about important information they should know, like what they should do prior to arrival or instructions for when they arrive, such as coming 15 minutes early to accommodate check in tasks during peak times.
