Amusement 360 2025 Recap: Connection, Growth and Celebration

Amusement 360 2025 Recap: Connection, Growth and Celebration

We just wrapped up an incredible few days at Amusement 360, and we’re still riding the energy. It was an experience packed with valuable insights, meaningful connections, and powerful reminders of why we love this industry.

Hosted by Creative Works, Amusement 360 continues to bring together operators, vendors, and thought leaders who are committed to elevating the guest experience and supporting their teams. This year’s theme, HERO: Celebrating the True Impact of Our Industry, perfectly captured the spirit of the event: it’s not just about profits, it’s about creating spaces where people make lasting memories.

Insights on reinvestment and leadership

One key theme this year was reinvestment. From upgrading facilities and food and beverage offerings to prioritizing team development, operators are leaning into growth. Sessions consistently touched on the importance of leadership retention and building strong internal cultures that support long-term success.

A standout session from Genevieve Sullivan, of Trainertainment, asked: What’s your version of $3K? Inspired by the Ritz-Carlton’s policy of empowering staff to resolve guest issues with up to $3,000, she challenged attendees to consider how they can empower their own teams to deliver unforgettable experiences.

Team empowerment and technology

ROLLER’s own Danica Craig joined a panel discussion where she highlighted the growing recognition of software as a 24/7 revenue driver, not just a convenience. She also reflected on the powerful conversations around reinvesting in people, embracing automation, and using data to make smarter decisions.

We also soaked up some operational gold from Dave Wallace of Turfway Entertainment and were truly inspired by Danny Gruening’s session on personal growth. These moments reinforced just how connected personal development is to team success in this industry.

Behind-the-scenes tours and birthday surprises

One of the event highlights was the tour of the Creative Works facility—a chance to see the creative magic behind so many of the industry’s favorite attractions. The innovation on display was impressive, and it was clear how much passion goes into building experiences that wow guests.

And of course, we couldn’t forget the birthday celebration for our very own Maddie Bohlen—complete with cake, candles, and a full-on singalong. Maddie shared that one of her favorite parts of the event was the camaraderie and community between vendors, an energy that made the experience even more memorable.

A standout quote that says it all

In a powerful operator interview, the team from Airway Fun Center shared this quote that really stuck with us:
“Success is building a place where guests want to return and employees want to grow.”

That sentiment perfectly captures what Amusement 360 is all about, and why we keep coming back.

Until next time

As always, Amusement 360 left us feeling inspired, energized, and connected. It’s more than an event, it’s a community. And we can’t wait to do it all again. See you in September!
