Built on over a decade of experience delivering visitor technology for world-class institutions including the Bob Dylan Center, MCA Australia, and Peabody Essex Museum, we help operators create immersive, accessible, and revenue-generating experiences across every touchpoint, from the moment a visitor arrives to the final moment of a live event. Empower is Pladia's browser-based visitor guide. No app download required. Visitors can scan a QR code or use Image Recognition and instantly access self-guided tours, dynamic wayfinding, multimedia content, and accessibility features. Empower also supports paid tour experiences, member-exclusive content, donation prompts, and sponsorship placements, turning the visitor journey into a channel for revenue as well as engagement.

Extend brings that same depth to fixed in-venue touchpoints. Digital labels are managed centrally through the Pladia CMS, replacing costly print runs and static signage with dynamic, updatable content. Built for institutions that want richer interpretation without adding staff or complexity.

Event Sync delivers lip-sync precision audio directly to visitors' personal headphones via QR code for drone shows, fireworks, projection mapping, and outdoor activations. No specialist hardware.
