The ROLLER team was proud to be part of Sk8 Expo 2025, an event that brought together rink operators, vendors, and partners from across the roller skating industry. This year’s gathering was more than just a conference, it was a celebration of community, innovation, and the shared passion that keeps this industry rolling forward.

From reconnecting with long-time industry friends to exploring new trends shaping the future of skating, our time at the Margaritaville Hotel in Hollywood, FL reminded us why these events matter so much.

Connecting with customers and peers

One of the highlights of the show was catching up with our incredible ROLLER customers. We loved hearing their stories, learning how they’re using ROLLER to streamline operations, and swapping ideas about the future of the skating world.

It was also fantastic to connect with fellow vendors. The conversations we had reinforced the value of collaboration and how sharing perspectives and solutions can help support operators and elevate the guest experience for everyone in the industry.

Another highlight was spending time with our partners, including Patch Retention and Workforce.com. These conversations highlighted the power of technology partnerships and what’s possible when providers come together to support operators. 

From improving guest loyalty to streamlining workforce management and simplifying daily operations, it’s clear that collaboration is the key to delivering lasting value for skating rinks. We’re excited about the collaborations ahead and how they’ll continue to bring value to skating rinks everywhere.

Highlight: Miami Roller Rink visit

A special shout-out goes to our visit to Miami Roller Rink. The staff was so welcoming, and owners Gabe and Pam truly set the bar high. They’re absolute pros who know how to create an environment where people can’t help but smile.

It was also inspiring to see ROLLER in action on-site, powering seamless operations and guest experiences.

A community that knows how to have fun

Sk8 Expo wasn’t only about product demos and panels, it was about connection. From networking sessions to idea-sharing conversations, the event was packed with opportunities to learn, collaborate, and grow.

Another highlight for the whole team was karaoke night! It was a perfect reminder that the skating industry knows how to have fun both on and off the rink floor.
