IATP 2026 Highlights and Key Takeaways
The ROLLER team just wrapped an incredible few days at the IATP Annual Conference in Clearwater, Florida. The entire indoor adventure and trampoline park community showed up to make it a genuinely special week.
Smooth Operator Workshop
We kicked off the week with our second annual IATP Smooth Operator Workshop on Monday morning, an event exclusively for ROLLER customers.
Led by Megan Zemaitis (Manager, Customer Onboarding) and Eric Gillespie (Senior Director, Global Customer Support), the session focused on turning first-time guests into regulars — with practical, hands-on discussions around loyalty, memberships, multi-pass, and mobile F&B.
The room was full of customers trading real ideas, real challenges, and real playbooks over breakfast and coffee. It's one of our favorite workshops of the year.

What operators were talking about
A few themes came up over and over across the show floor.
Food & beverage
F&B has traditionally been a smaller part of the trampoline park business, but that's changing fast. Operators are actively thinking about how to grow revenue and average order value from concessions, and mobile ordering was a particularly hot topic among customers at the Smooth Operator Workshop.
The marketing playbook is shifting
There was a strong push toward influencer marketing and short-form video (TikTok reels especially), with a growing sense that paid Google and Meta ads aren't delivering the ROI they once did.
Guest visitation is moving from problem to solution
With the current state of the economy, guest visitation is on everyone's mind — but the conversation felt noticeably different this year. Operators have moved past diagnosing the problem and are focused on what to actually do about it, with loyalty and repeat visitation strategies coming up as a strong through-line.
AI keeps coming up
AI continues to be a top-of-mind topic across the industry, and it's showing up in more conversations every year.
Sessions and panels
ROLLER was part of a few great sessions this year. Alyse Sklover, Senior Events Manager, presented alongside customers and partners Zero Gravity, Do The Beach, and Galaxy Multirides, and joined a panel on leadership and growth alongside women leaders from Slick City and Launchpad. Danica Craig, Expansion Business Representative, also led a speaking session that drew operators from across the industry.
An unforgettable Awards Dinner
The IATP Awards Dinner at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium was easily the most memorable dinner setting we've been part of. As awards were being presented, the aquarium's dolphins were swimming around behind the stage.
We're also thrilled to share that ROLLER walked away with two awards this year: the IATP Breakthrough Product Award for Guest Experience Agent and the Best Booth Award, voted by attendees.

It means a lot to be recognized by such an incredible community. We're more motivated than ever to keep building products that help operators grow their trampoline parks.
Looking ahead
IATP 2026 was one of those weeks that reminds us how vibrant and connected this industry really is. Huge thanks to the IATP team for putting on a fantastic conference, to everyone who stopped by our booth or joined the Smooth Operator Workshop, and to the operators who took the time to walk us through what they're building.
See you next year!
