Highlights from IATP 2025: Smooth Operators and Community Connections

The annual IATP Conference & Trade Show is always one of the ROLLER team’s most anticipated events, and this year was no exception. From insightful sessions to reconnecting with our passionate community, we left inspired and energized about the future of indoor adventure parks.

Smooth Operator Workshop

We kicked off the conference with our very own Smooth Operator Workshop, welcoming 30 ROLLER customers on day one. It was a fantastic opportunity to collaborate, share ideas, and explore strategies to streamline operations and elevate the guest experience.

Seeing operators come together to learn from each other and share experiences with our team was a great reminder of just how special this community is.

Our team was thrilled to be part of multiple sessions throughout the event:

• Alyse Sklover (Senior Manager of Events & Partnerships) led a session on memberships alongside our customer Ed Golebiowski, highlighting best practices for building loyalty and driving revenue.
• Greg Spittle (Head of Partnerships) joined a panel to discuss the latest technology and trends shaping trampoline and adventure parks, offering valuable insights into the industry's future.

These sessions reinforced the importance of innovation and collaboration as our industry grows.

Building connections that matter

As always, one of the best parts of IATP was catching up with both new and familiar faces. The friendships and partnerships we build here make this industry so vibrant.

We’re especially proud to partner with IATP as the association's Preferred POS Provider, an honor that allows us to support a passionate community of operators and leaders.

Celebrating leadership and looking ahead

A special congratulations to Alexis Kierce and the IATP board for hosting such a successful event, and to Gina Elliott, the incoming board chair. Alyse and the rest of the IATP committee members are already excited to roll up their sleeves and get back to work, helping to grow and strengthen the community we all love.

IATP 2025 was a powerful reminder of what makes this industry so unique: passionate operators, innovative ideas, and a community that supports each other every step of the way.
