The most compelling use case for this is birthday re-engagement. When a child has a party at Area 51, that event date is captured in ROLLER and passed to Patch. Around ten months later, their parent receives an automated email with a personalized offer to book again for their child’s next birthday.

We would love to see you again, here's 10% off, or here are new and exciting things we've installed at one of our locations.' So we're continuously saying 'here, come back for the 8th, 9th, and 10th birthdays', which is fantastic." says Michael
